1. Introduction

Welcome to CosyTravels. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made with us. By confirming a booking, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.


2. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm any tour.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid on arrival (Day 1 of the tour) before services commence.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after issuance of a written confirmation voucher.
  • CosyTravels reserves the right to cancel services due to non-payment.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Services included in your tour will be clearly listed in the Inclusions section of your itinerary.
  • Any service not mentioned will be considered excluded.
  • Typically included:
    • Accommodation
    • Meals (as per itinerary)
    • Private transportation
    • Domestic flights (if specified)
    • Sightseeing and guided tours
  • International flights are not included but can be arranged on request at additional cost.

4. Pricing & Customization

  • Tour prices depend on:
    • Travel dates
    • Availability
    • Seasonality
  • Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
  • All packages can be customized as per traveler requirements.

5. Accommodation & Transport Policies

  • Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM IST
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM IST
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.
  • Vehicles are provided on a point-to-point basis, not at disposal.
  • In hill regions, air-conditioning may not be available.

6. Travel Documentation

Guests must carry:

  • Valid passport & visa
  • Booking confirmation voucher
  • Government-issued ID (where applicable)
  • Travel insurance (mandatory for international travelers – see below)

7. Travel Insurance (Mandatory Clause)

  • All international travelers must carry valid travel and medical insurance covering the entire duration of their trip in India.
  • CosyTravels does not provide insurance coverage for foreign nationals.
  • Any medical, emergency, or travel-related expenses must be covered under the traveler’s own insurance policy.

8. Medical & Emergency Responsibility

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
  • In case of illness, injury, or medical emergency:
    • All expenses (hospitalization, treatment, evacuation, etc.) must be borne by the traveler or their insurance provider.
  • CosyTravels will assist in coordination but will not be financially responsible.

9. Itinerary & Service Execution

  • CosyTravels reserves the right to:
    • Modify or reschedule itineraries
    • Adjust sightseeing schedules due to closures or local conditions
  • Some destinations may have limited infrastructure, and services may differ from international standards.

10. Force Majeure

CosyTravels is not liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Roadblocks, strikes, or weather conditions

Any additional costs arising due to such events must be borne by the traveler directly.


11. Liability Disclaimer

CosyTravels shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
  • Delays due to traffic, technical issues, or unforeseen events
  • Actions or failures of third-party service providers

12. Amendments

  • Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

13. Confirmation & Service Validity

  • Only written confirmations are considered valid.
  • Verbal commitments or assurances are not binding.

14. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
